MY EXPERIENCE
My name is
Luke Chimezie, a blogger and the founder of global web impact. Some years back
I had always desired to be a web designer, but then I have no knowledge of
computer because I’ve never been to any
computer school. The thought to enroll
in one of the computer schools keep coming to me.
Finally I took up the decision to
register in one of the computer schools in the neighborhoods, metrosoft
computer institute precisely. I put in for desktop publishing and data processing. While running my program
in the computer school I became fascinated with these two packages, Microsoft
power point and corel draw, really I had always longed to be a graphic designer
as well.
After my graduation from the computer school i began to conceal the idea
of becoming a blogger. I met with one of the professional web designers and
bargained with him to create a blog for me, but the price he gave to me was not
affordable as at that time. After my graduation from the computer school
I suddenly became a cybernaut, I began to make series of
research upon research on the internet. Finally
I came up with a blog system, ‘’Global web impact’’
A blog that is born out of passion to educate the internet users and
also to keep them updated with internet related topics as well. I had always
told people that you can be that which you want to be or do that which you want
to do with perseverance and hard work.
Today by the
grace of God, I am the blog author and the founder of global web impact. I am
able to attain this as a result of my knowledge of computer, perseverance, and hard
work.
I would want
to give a word of advice in this article to as many as are not computer
literate to try as much as possible to be computer literate.
You don’t have to be left in
the abyss of ignorance in this information age. If you are computer literate
you are one step ahead of your peers and more so the world is in your palm in
this information superhighways. Invest
in yourself, take courses or whatever you can do to improve your standard of
living, please do. The journey of a thousand miles starts with taking a step.
To your success,
Luke
